These terms apply to everyone using lawns.ahilyanagar.shop, run by Your Name / Business Name. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What we are

We are an online directory and advertising platform for wedding and event venues. We are not the owner or agent of any venue and are not a party to any booking, price, advance payment or contract between a customer and a venue owner. Any dispute about a booking is between the customer and the owner, although we will help where we can.

2. For customers

Prices, capacities, facilities and available dates are provided by owners and may change. Confirm everything directly with the owner, in writing where possible, before paying an advance. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience and must not contain abusive, false or personal information about others.

3. For venue owners

You must be the owner or authorised manager of the venue you list. You are responsible for keeping details, prices, photos and any published dates accurate and for honouring what you advertise. Photos must be of your own venue and you must have the right to use them. You must not list fake venues, copy other listings, or post misleading prices.

We may edit, reject, suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms, receives repeated genuine complaints, or contains incorrect information, and may suspend the account involved.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans give additional photos and a higher position in search results for the period paid for. They do not guarantee any number of visits, enquiries or bookings. Featured placements are labelled. Plans renew only when you pay again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Content and licence

Owners keep ownership of their photos and text and give us a non-exclusive licence to display them on this site and in promotion of the venue on social media, for as long as the listing is active.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no spam enquiries, scraping, automated access, attempts to break security, or use of owners' contact details for unrelated marketing.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings, cancellations, the condition of any venue or the conduct of any user. Our total liability to an owner for any claim is limited to the plan fees paid by that owner in the previous three months.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Complaints can be sent to our grievance officer listed on the contact page.
